Where can you keep all those important files, photo’s and information that you collect and want to share with other users in your account? Just upload them to the Photo’s and Files section to store and view!

Budget

Now for the very important task of controlling your costs – this tool keeps track of all the essential financial information to help you keep your event within your desired budget. Once you’ve transferred your selection from bookings, you can see the budgeted cost compared to the actual cost (the difference is highlighted in red or green), what you have paid and any outstanding balances. And there’s more… simply click the “export to excel” button to automatically create a full budget spreadsheet!

Bookings

Keep track of all your bookings! Categorised for easy reference, this tool includes the details of the booking, cost (which can be exported into your budget), colour-coded status flags, quick description and a notes section for those extra important details.

Favourites

Create your own favourites listing for different categories to keep track on who and what you like! Once you have compared your favourites and made your selection, simply transfer your choice with click of a button and all the information then moves into your bookings screen!
