What can I do on Coordit®?
Coordit® is a collection of web based tools that allows you to organize an event with ease. You can compare advertisers, compile a favourites list, keep track of your bookings, plan your budget, store files & photo’s and also keep track of your guests & gifts! And don’t worry about forgetting an appointment anymore – we also provide you with a calendar & to do list!
How long is a subscription to Coordit®?
That’s up to you – we currently offer 12 months, 18 months and 24 month member plans. If you just want to trial our tools before signing up to a plan, we also now offer a 60 day free trial!
What does the 60 day free trial allow me to do?
The free trial gives you access to our tools so you can see just how valuable Coordit® is when planning your event. You can Renew your account prior to your trial expiring (or after if you choose) so you can continue using our helpful tools after the 2 months are up.
How do I pay for my subscription to Coordit®?
Coordit® accepts payment by Visa and Mastercard.
What happens to my credit card information?
Confidential information including credit card details are encrypted the moment they are transmitted from Coordit’s® browser to the banking network using industry standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology) 128-bit RC4 encryption technology. Credit card information is not stored anywhere on the Internet and the only company who has access to this data is the Coordit’s® bank.
What are additional users?
Additional users can be added to your account so they can also use Coordit® to help you plan your event. For example, if you are planning a wedding, you might want to add your mother, future mother-in-law, fiancĂ©, etc so that they can keep track of the to do list, see what appointments are coming up, enter RSVP information into the Guest List, upload photo’s or files that they think you might like, and so on. The same would apply if you were planning a Corporate Event and had others in the workplace that needed to be up-to-date with the preparation information. Once you have additional users connected to your account, you can then assign them to do items and chat with them in the message area!
How many additional users can I add to my account?
You can have up to 4 additional users in your account.

Everything you can see.
How do I know my subscription is about to expire?
Coordit® will send you an email 30 days before your subscription is due to expire. If you wish to renew your plan, simply follow the instructions that are supplied in the email.
What is the Coordit® directory?
The Coordit® directory is a comprehensive list of products and services that can assist in making your event a memorable one!
How does the Coordit® directory work?
The Coordit® directory works by showing you a list of products and/or services that meets your search requirements. You can then look further by clicking on their company name.
How do I access advertiser information?
There are two ways to access the advertiser information listed on Coordit® – 1. by clicking on the category and then sub-category under “View Directory” on the left-hand side, or 2. by conducting a search under “Search Directory” on the left-hand side. This will provide you with a list of advertisers, like a preview of each one. If you wish to look at one in greater detail, simply click on their company name and you will be taken to an expanded view of their listing.
How do I compare advertisers?
Simply tick the box next to “select to compare” on the search results page of each advertiser you would like to compare. Then click the “Compare selected” button on the top right-hand corner and you will be shown the Coordit®comparison table, providing you with like information for each advertiser so you can easily choose which is best for you and your event!
What if I don't have a budget for a specific item?
If you are working in your Budget screen and realise you don't have a budget for a specific item, you can simply put a $0.00 amount under the Budget column and it will not be included calculated into your Difference!

What is a Coordit® Plan?
A Coordit® Plan allows you to advertise your product and/or service in our Directory for all to see!
How long is a Coordit® Plan?
For advertisers, a Coordit® Plan is 12 months.
What is the difference between the Coordit® Plans?
Coordit® currently offers three different advertiser plans – Bronze, Silver and Gold. The Bronze Plan is our basic package - your listing is positioned in the third tier of the search results page and there is no background highlight; your short description is shown on the search results page, as well as your address, phone and fax numbers, and selected image; your long description and additional information is shown on your detailed page, including an enquiry button (enquiries are sent directly to you). The Silver Plan includes all the benefits of the Bronze package, plus you receive the following benefits – your listing is moved up to the second tier of the search results page and there is a silver highlight; , a location map is shown on your detailed page, and you can select an additional 3 images to upload (4 in total). The Gold Plan is our most exclusive plan, which includes all the benefits of the Silver Plan, plus – your listing is moved up to the first tier of the search results page and there is a gold highlight; you can select an additional 3 images to upload (allowing you 7 in total!), you have automatic access to our Advertiser's Special Offers tool and your listing appears on the Homepage under "Featured Listings"!

How do I choose the correct directory category and sub-category for my listing?
Look through our comprehensive category list and choose which best suits your product and/or service. Once you have selected your category, you can then choose which sub-categories you would like to be listed in (more than one may apply).
How do I know my Coordit® listing is about to expire?
Coordit® will send you an email 30 days before your subscription is due to expire. If you wish to extend your subscription, simply follow the instructions that are included in the email.
How do I enter my information into Coordit®?
Once you have signed up to a Coordit® Plan, you will need to enter all of your company information that you wish to display. This includes both a short and long description, selected images (number is dependent on the Plan you have chosen) and also an information table (this makes it easy for users to compare different products/services). All of these fields are under the “edit” tab when you have logged in. Once you have entered all of the required fields, a notification is sent to the Coordit® Team who quickly review the information and once it’s approved, it goes live!
How do I upload images?
Simply click on the browse button under either the upload main image or upload image section (depending on which image you wish to upload) on the right-hand side of the page under the edit tab when you are logged in. Select the image you wish to upload from your files – don’t worry about specific widths or heights, we fix that all for you – click “open”, and then click the “submit” button. This will then upload the image onto your listing! Once it’s quickly approved by the Coordit® Team, it’ll go live!
Why would I want to Add Another Location?
If you have more than one store or address for customers to find you at, you’re going to want to advertise all of your locations, right?! This allows you to list as many locations as you have so you’re not limited to displaying only one!
How do I obtain statistics on my Coordit® listing?
Everytime you log into Coordit® your Dashboard will show you how many times both your short and long profiles have been viewed this month, how many members have added you to their Favourites, and how many have added you to their Bookings!
Who has access to my listing on Coordit®?
Everyone who searches Coordit®!!
